Thank
You to Friends and Family
I have come to realize that behind every so called “successful”
or “talented” person, there are many others who have supported
that person and made it all possible, often sacrificing their own
needs and desires. It certainly is true in my case. I want to thank
the people who have encouraged me and who have enjoyed my work from
the beginning. I’d like to thank my husband Greg who, without
hesitation, encouraged me quit nursing to pursue a career in art.
His hard work makes it possible for me to continue on this magical
and fulfilling journey.
Thank you to my friend Tome Lam, who helped me to understand the spiritual,
energetic, and supernatural process of becoming an artist. I’d
like to express my gratitude to my parents, Ken and Margaret, who
helped me to acquire a kiln and have supported my efforts in every
possible way. Sincere thanks goes to my friend Linda Barber, who believed
in me 100% and gave me endless encouragement, love, and support. My
profound gratitude goes to my brother Ken and Susan, who bought my
work and got it out beyond my home, to friends, who than began to
support and buy my work. I wish to hug and thank Michael Garcia, Scott
Diehl, and Robert Simmons, who, together, were able to see and feel
and understand what my work is about. They have given me unimaginable
encouragement, love and support. These core people have supported
me, loved me, encouraged me, and believed in me.
Special thanks go to artist Roger Trier for putting so much of his
heart and talent into my website project. I in particular want to
thank Michael Garcia for his creative ideas and vision for my website.
He has been the creative facilitator and energy behind this project.
His vision has been the energy that has propelled this project into
existence.
Finally, I would like to thank all the people I’ve encountered
who have offered me a kind word. Your words are wonderful little gifts
that I have appreciated many times over. Through my work, life, actions,
voice, and energy, may I love, and give back to, all of you. This
is my prayer.
